Return Policy

All Sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

All Orders placed will be held at the location of the excursion. If you are purchasing All-Day excursions from Romney, your tickets will be held there. All other tickets for the event including general admission, hourly trains and dinner trains will be held at "Will Call" in Petersburg.

You will receive a confirmation in your email, print that off and bring it with you to receive your tickets.
